All appointments require a non-refundable $20 dollar deposit that will go towards your service. In order to confirm your appointment you have to send your deposit through ZELLE (urcosmogirl@outlook.com) under Amada Martinez. Your balance will be collected at the end of your appointment. (Returning brow wax sculpt and services under $20 don’t require a deposit) LATE POLICY Please be sure to be on time for your appointment! 10 minutes of extra time are allowed if you are running late. If you're more than 10 mins late your appointment will be canceled considered a now show. (Your deposit will cover the no show fee)Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
All appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a no-show fee, which will be deducted from the deposit.
